    PAKISTAN’S FIRST HR DIGITIZATION AT K-ELECTRIC USING SAP ON TMC CLOUD

    TMC (TallyMarks Consulting) has helped K Electric successfully digitize its HR Records using SAP OpenText xECM. This is the first such implementation in Pakistan and has allowed K Electric to make leaps and bounds in its digital transformation journey. The project was basically a one window solution that included implementation, IaaS, Scanning, Digitization as well as managed services. It resulted in a Centralized Document Management System that is ready to be integrated with other KE departments for documents digitization and SAP integration lowering the total cost of ownership. The fact that the solution is integrated with SAP, gives access to digital documents on the fly. The amount of data covered in digital format is in itself a huge feat; 2.6 Million of Physical Pages of 26000 Employees.

    • Gather operations data including well and plant flows, temperatures, and pressures. These are analyzed in SAP to improve and exploit producing assets.
    • Allocate volumes of extracted products to their originating well completions to determine the value of the materials extracted between specific points in the network.
    • Use the network modeler tool to ascertain or simulate the potential production of a particular production network. They can create a graphical representation of the network’s structure and its respective allocation processes.
    • Achieve forecasted performance targets using Forecasting Fiori apps to realize all the forecasting relevant activities that will impact their production network.
    • Capture, store, analyze, manage and present data with reference to geographic location data to aid informed decision making.
