  • TMC upgraded SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA at Engro Corporation.
  • TMC assisted Engro Corp in optimizing their HR processes by implementing SuccessFactors. This solution streamlined salary planning, facilitated performance-based rewards management, and aligned compensation strategies with the company’s organizational objectives.
  • Expanding our partnership with Engro Corporation to enhance the user experience, support cybersecurity protocols, and streamline administration. SSO & Two-Factor authentication is now live.
  • TMC provided SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) training at Engro to improve financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation processes, enabling more accurate forecasting and better decision-making across the organization.
  • TMC helped Engro Corporation implement Qlik HSE Dashboards.

The CEO Dashboard consolidates reporting from 6 of the Mahmood group companies. The KPIs are derived from multiple dashboards and drilled down from group level to production unit level. The internal Audit Dashboard is another notable dashboard.
